How does purchasing a property from your site work?
Once you enter the information on our site, we will send you the purchase agreement to sign, along with the contact information of an independent title company or closing attorney. The title company or attorney will handle the escrow, closing process, handling funds and transfer of title.
Are you a real estate agent?
No, we are not real estate agents. Just like a “For Sale by Owner” sale process, one can buy and sell land with a title company’s or closing attorney’s services.
Can you keep me help me look for a specific kind of property?
We’d be glad to assist you in looking out for a specific kind of property. In fact, you may be able to buy at a large discount by working directly with us.
Why are your properties so cheap?
We are able to acquire property at wholesale prices, through our contacts. We are then able to pass along those savings to our clients. We only purchase our properties from private parties and DO NOT engage in purchasing through tax sales or foreclosures. All properties are bought with WARRANTY DEEDS and mostly from long time owners.
How do I know if this is a safe way to purchase property?
We close through a title company or closing attorney, depending on the state of the property. This allows a 3rd party intermediary to handle the closing paperwork and funds. In short, similar to a “For Sale by Owner” or any other real estate transaction, the independent company handles key parts of the sale recording and funds, not us.
